The Sygil growth loop
A five-step system for growing your audience and income: reach, capture, convert, retain, repeat.
2 min read · Updated October 2026
Creators who earn from their audience tend to follow the same loop, whether they have 2,000 followers or 200,000. Sygil has a tool for every step.
The loop
| Step | Goal | Sygil tools |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Reach | Get in front of new people | Reels, Shorts, posts, collabs. Your link in every bio. |
| 2. Capture | Move them from a feed to something you own | Auto-DM, a free vault item, Follow. |
| 3. Convert | Make the first purchase easy | A low-priced starter item, previews, reviews, UPI checkout. |
| 4. Retain | Give them a reason to return | Drop alerts, Fan Points, supporter shoutouts, early access. |
| 5. Repeat | Sell the next thing to people who trust you | Scheduled drops, limited editions, a course after a pack. |
Most creators over-invest in step 1 and ignore steps 2 to 5. A few hundred people who have followed, bought and returned are worth more than a million views.
Your 30-60-90 plan
Days 1 to 7: foundations
Go live. Put your link in every bio. Add one free item and one paid item. Announce with three stories. Set one Auto-DM.
Days 8 to 30: rhythm
Post on a 30-day calendar. Ship one drop. Ask for your first ratings. Check Analytics weekly.
Days 31 to 60: depth
Add a higher-priced item (course, call or bundle). Run a scheduled launch. Start a monthly supporter shoutout.
Days 61 to 90: system
Repeat what worked. Retire what did not. Add a second platform. Plan the next quarter's drops.
Three rules
- One call to action per post. Link in bio, comment a keyword, or follow on Sygil. Never zero. Never five.
- Sell what people already ask for. Your DMs and comments are your market research.
- Make the first purchase easy. Free, then ₹49 to ₹199, then everything else.
