Read your numbers and fix the leak
A funnel for diagnosing why you are not getting sales and what to change first.

If sales are low, one step of your funnel is leaking. Find it before you change everything.
The funnel
- 1
Reach
How many people saw your content?
- 2
Clicks and DMs
How many tapped your link or got your Auto-DM? (Link clicks, DMs sent)
- 3
Page views
How many landed on your page? (Total page views, unique visitors)
- 4
Follows and claims
How many followed or claimed a free item? (Followers, conversion rate)
- 5
Purchases
How many bought? (Item performance, revenue)
- 6
Repeat
How many came back? (Fan balances, FP burned)
Find the leak
| What you see | Likely problem | First fix |
|---|---|---|
| Few views on content | Hook or topic | Test new hooks and formats. Study your best posts. |
| Views, but few link clicks or DMs | Weak call to action | Say it three times. Use a keyword. Simplify. |
| Clicks, but few page views | Link friction | Link straight to the item. Check the link works. |
| Page views, but few follows or claims | No free door | Add or improve a free item. |
| Follows, but few purchases | Offer, price or proof | Add a ₹49 to ₹199 item. Add previews and reviews. |
| Purchases, but no repeats | No reason to return | Schedule drops. Use Fan Points and alerts. |
Six checks when you have no sales
- Is your link in your bio? No link means no visitors. This fixes most cases.
- Did you announce it? Your followers do not know your page exists until you tell them, more than once.
- Is there a free item? Cold visitors rarely pay on the first visit.
- Do you ask? Every post needs a call to action. "Comment GUIDE" beats hoping people find the link.
- Is it what they want? Sell what your DMs keep asking for, not what you think is cool.
- Is it too expensive for a first buy? Add a ₹49 to ₹199 item.
Change one thing at a time
If you change the hook, the price and the cover together, you will not know what worked. Make one change, wait a week, compare, and keep the winner.
How long until I see results?
It varies a lot. Most creators need several weeks of consistent posting and a few improvements before the first steady sales. Track trends over four-week periods, not days.
How many followers do I need?
There is no minimum. A small, engaged audience that wants your specific help can buy. Focus on clear offers and a free door.
