Vault overview: five ways to sell
Meet the five vault item types and pick the right one for what you want to sell.

The Vault is your digital shop. Each product is a vault item, and every item is one of five types. The type decides what the fan sees at checkout and how you deliver.

Instant versus fulfilled
This is the most important distinction when planning your workload.
- Instant items (Digital File and Secret Unlock) unlock the moment payment succeeds. They scale with no extra work, so they are the best first products.
- Fulfilled items (Ask Me Anything, Personal Request and Call) need you. The fan pays, you see it in your Requests inbox, and you respond. If you decline or cannot attend, the fan is refunded automatically.

What every item has
- Title
- Up to 100 characters.
- Description
- Up to 500 characters. Tell fans exactly what they get.
- Cover image
- Optional 16:9 image shown on the card and item page.
- Price
- Free, or a whole-rupee price. Fans can apply Fan Points as a discount.
- Quantity
- Unlimited or limited. Free items must be limited.
- Release
- Publish now, or schedule a drop with a countdown and pre-orders (not for calls).
- Ratings
- Fans can rate an item after they get it. Ratings show on the item.
