Manage orders, answers and bookings

Use the Requests inbox to answer questions, deliver requests, run calls and handle refunds.

The Vault Requests inbox is where fulfilled items live: questions to answer, personal requests to deliver and calls to run. Instant files and secrets deliver themselves, so they never appear here.

To doEverything waiting on you. Items are grouped: Happening now, Waiting for your reply, Today, Tomorrow, Coming up and Recently ended.
CompletedAnswered and delivered requests, and finished calls, with the fan's input and your reply.
RefundedDeclined and cancelled orders, with the reason you gave.

When you have both calls and replies waiting, use the filter chips All, Calls and Questions & requests. A count badge on the To do tab shows how many things need you.

Questions and requests

  • Answer (Q&A): write up to 2,000 characters and send. Oldest questions come first, so the fan who has waited longest is at the top. After three days a waiting time turns amber.
  • Mark delivered (Personal Request): optionally add a note for the fan.
  • Decline: give a reason (up to 500 characters). The fan is refunded in full, including Fan Points.

Calls

Each booking shows the fan's name, time (in your timezone), their answer to your question and the actions you can take.

  • Open meeting link and Copy meeting link while a call is about to start or live.
  • Add meeting link or Change link for this call/session.
  • Reschedule: choose a new time and add a note. The fan is notified.
  • Cancel and refund, or I couldn't attend after it has started.

Group sessions show all attendees under one card, so cancelling a session refunds everyone at once.

Stay on top of it

  • Turn on email notifications for New questions and requests, New call bookings and Call schedule and actions in Manage Notifications.
  • Reply within the turnaround time you promised. Fans leave better ratings when they hear back quickly.
  • Use free-text limits: only sell as many requests as you can deliver this week.

What happens to the money when I decline?

The fan is refunded through the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days depending on their bank. The sale is removed from your earnings.

Do I have to confirm that a call happened?

No. Calls complete on their own. You only act if something went wrong.

Can I edit a fan's question?

No. You see exactly what they wrote. Reply or decline.
