WhereYour pageVaultAdd item
Creating an item takes a couple of minutes. The form is the same for every type, with a few fields that change based on what you are selling.
- 1
Pick what you want to offer
The first screen asks What do you want to offer? Choose Digital File, Secret Unlock, Ask Me Anything, Personal Request or Call / Session. You can go back and change it before you save.
- 2
For calls, choose who joins
Calls ask one more question: Who joins each call? Choose 1:1 or a group session. See Calls and group sessions.
- 3
Fill in the Basics
A title (up to 100 characters), a description (up to 500) and an optional 16:9 cover image. The placeholder titles are good models: "My Lightroom Preset Pack", "Private Discord invite", "1:1 Career Mentorship Call".
- 4
Add the delivery details
This is the type-specific part: the file, the secret, guidelines for fans or what you need from them.
- 5
Set Pricing
Choose Paid or Free, then a price in whole rupees.
- 6
Set Availability
Total copies and, for non-instant paid items, how many times one fan can buy.
- 7
Choose Release
Publish now, or schedule a drop. Calls skip this step because each slot has its own date.
- 8
Confirm and publish
For fulfilled items you tick a short promise that you will deliver or decline (which refunds the fan).
The delivery section for each type
| Type | What you fill in |
|---|---|
| Digital File | Upload a file or paste a link. Sygil detects the file type (image, video, audio, PDF or other file) automatically. |
| Secret Unlock | The secret content: a link, code, invite or message. Required. |
| Ask Me Anything | Optional guidelines for fans (for example "I answer within 3 days. No medical advice."). |
| Personal Request | What do you need from the fan? Required. For example "Your Instagram handle and what to say". |
| Call / Session | Duration, where it happens, an optional question for fans, and your dates. See Calls. |
Cover image
The cover appears on the item card and on the item page, so it affects clicks. Upload a clean 16:9 image (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 10 MB). A screenshot of the contents or a bold title card works well.
Good to know
- Free or paid cannot be switched after publishing. Choose carefully. If you want to change it, create a new item and archive the old one.
- Quantity and per-fan limits can only go up after publishing, so existing buyers are never affected.
- Followers are notified when you publish. A scheduled item sends a "coming soon" alert instead. See Followers and drop alerts.
