Students, reviews and support

What you can see#

• The enrolled count appears on the course page.
• Each course has an average rating and the written reviews.
• Enrolment payments show up in your earnings, and you can switch on an email for Course enrollments in Manage Notifications.

Reviews#

Only enrolled students can rate a course (1 to 5 stars) and write a review of up to 1,000 characters. Reviews appear on the course page and are the strongest proof you have. A student can update their review later.

• Ask happy students for a review at the end of the last lesson.
• Screenshot good reviews for Stories and link straight to the course.
• Reply to a negative review by improving the lesson it mentions.

Refunds#

Courses cannot be refunded once a student has access, because the content is delivered instantly. If a course is materially different from its description, students can contact support, who review the request. Make your description and previews honest and complete to avoid disputes. Keep students engaged#

• Offer a group session as a live Q&A for students (a vault Call / Session).
• Put a short "what's next" lesson at the end that links to your next product.
• Reward finishing with a free bonus file in the Vault that you announce to followers.

Common questions#
