The fan's view of Sygil: signing in, buying, accessing purchases, receipts, notifications and the app.

Knowing what your fans experience helps you write better descriptions, answer questions and spot where people get stuck.
Visiting your page
- Anyone can open your page without an account, browse your links and see your items.
- Anyone can support you without an account.
- To buy or claim vault items and courses, or to follow you, a fan needs a (free) Sygil account. Sign-in is one tap with Google, or email with a code.
Buying

Opens an item
Sees the cover, description, price, ratings, remaining quantity and countdown if scheduled.

Checks out
Pays with UPI, Indian cards, net banking or an international card through Razorpay. Fans can use Fan Points as a discount (1 FP = ₹1 off). Free items are claimed without payment.

Fulfilment
Files and secrets unlock at once. Calls show the booking and a Join button. Questions and requests wait for your reply.

Earns points
A paid purchase earns up to 10% back in Fan Points. A free claim earns 5 to 10.
The Activity area
Everything fans have done lives under Activity, with three tabs.

Notifications
- In-app bell: drops from creators they follow, answers, refunds and call updates.
- Web push: if allowed, alerts arrive even when the site is closed.
- Email: booking confirmations with a calendar file, call reminders, reschedules, answers and refunds.
Install as an app
Sygil is an installable web app. On supported phones and browsers, fans see an install prompt and can add Sygil to the home screen, so your drops are one tap away.
Calls from the fan's side
- They pick a time in their own timezone.
- They get an email with a calendar invite and a reminder.
- The Join button appears 15 minutes before the start and stays until the call ends. The link is not shown earlier.
- If you reschedule and the new time does not work, they can cancel for a full refund.
