Profile and page
- Username
- 3 to 30 characters: lowercase letters, numbers, underscores.
- Profile photo, banner, cover images
- JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 10 MB each. Banner recommended 1500 × 500.
- One-line description
- 150 characters.
- Sections
- Links, Vault, Support, Courses (Merch and Community coming soon).
Vault items
- Title
- 100 characters.
- Description
- 500 characters.
- Fan instructions or guidelines
- 500 characters.
- Fan's answer or question
- 1,000 characters.
- Your reply to a question or note on a request

- Prices
- Whole rupees. Paid items must be above ₹0.

- Must have a fixed quantity. One per fan.

Calls and sessions

- 5 to 480 minutes (presets of 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90).

- Opens 15 minutes before the start and stays until the end.
- Weekly-hours booking window
- 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days.
- Minimum notice (weekly hours)
- None, 1, 2, 4, 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours.
- Buffer between calls
- None, 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes.
- Booking closes (fixed slots)
- 0, 1, 2, 6, 12 or 24 hours before.
- Reschedule note
- 300 characters.
- Report "couldn't attend"
- Until 24 hours after the call ends.
Courses
- Title
- 120 characters.
- Description
- 2,000 characters.

- Unlimited or a fixed number. Can only increase once live or enrolled.

Fan Points and money
- Fan Points value
- 1 FP = ₹1 off, up to the item's price.
- Expiry
- 60 days after earning. Oldest used first.
- Follow bonus
- 10 FP, once per creator.
- Free item or free course
- 5 to 10 FP.
- Paid purchase
- Up to 10% of cash paid.
- Platform fee
- 10% of the amount the fan pays, rounded to the nearest rupee.
- Clearance
- 7 days.
- Payout batches
- 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and the last day of the month.
- Minimum support payment
- ₹1.
