You may sell
- Digital files, secret text (links and codes), Q&A, personal requests, 1:1 and group calls.
- Video courses.
- Support (tips) from fans.
- Merchandise, when it launches.
You agree to
- Sell or share only content, designs and materials you own or have permission to use.
- Describe what you sell accurately and deliver it as described, including answering requests and attending booked calls.
- Follow consumer protection, tax and other laws.

You must not
Don't
- Sell anything illegal, harmful, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Make misleading claims about what fans will receive, or promise financial returns.
- Present contributions as investments, or run gambling, lotteries or chance-based promotions.
- Sell, trade or try to cash out Fan Points, or earn them with fake accounts.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Interfere with the platform's security or scrape it.
Instagram automations
If you connect Instagram, you also agree to follow Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies and Instagram's Community Guidelines, never use automations for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, harassment, phishing or unlawful content, and only send content and links you have the right to share.
What Sygil may do
- Pause or disable automations, or disconnect an Instagram account, that break Meta's policies or the Terms.
- Suspend or close accounts that break the Terms, put users at risk or where the law requires.
- When a creator account is closed, cleared earnings not under dispute are still paid out, and pending requests and calls are refunded to fans.
