Payouts: when and how you get paid
How earnings clear after 7 days, the payout batch dates, payout statuses and what to do if a payout fails.

Your earnings reach you in two stages: they clear, then they are paid out in a batch.
Stage 1: clearing
Each payment clears 7 days after it is made. Until then it counts as Pending clearance. This protects against refunds and chargebacks.
Stage 2: payout batches
Cleared earnings are paid out in batches, on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 25th of each month and on the last day of the month. Each batch pays everything that has cleared and not yet been paid.

A fan buys your ₹499 pack. You earn ₹449.
10 Oct
The payment clears (7 days later).
By the next batch
The money is included in the next payout run, for example 15 Oct, and sent to your UPI ID.
The Billing and payouts page shows "Next payout expected" and a Payout Schedule table for the month.
Where it goes
- India: your UPI ID.
- Elsewhere: your PayPal or Wise account (set during payout setup).
Payout history
Every payout appears in your history with the date, batch, amount, destination, status and a reference number.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | The payout has been initiated. |
| Paid | The money was sent. You also get a "Payout processed" notification and, if enabled, an email. |
| Failed | The transfer did not go through. Check your UPI ID or account email, correct it and contact support. |
Common questions
Why is my balance not showing as paid yet?
It has either not cleared (7 days) or is waiting for the next batch date. Check Pending clearance and the payout schedule.
Can I get paid faster?
Batches run on fixed dates. Earnings that have cleared by a batch date are included in that run.
Is there a minimum payout?
No minimum is stated in the Terms or on the Billing page. If you have a question about a small balance, contact support.
What if I need to change my UPI ID?
Edit it in Billing and payouts. The new details apply to the next payout.
