Sygil uses Razorpay for checkout. Fans pay on a fast, familiar screen, and you never touch a card number or a UPI PIN. Sygil does not store card, bank or UPI PIN details, and does not run a wallet or stored balance.
What fans can pay with
- UPI (any UPI app)
- Indian debit and credit cards
- Net banking
- International cards, so fans outside India can buy too
Prices are shown and charged in Indian rupees. Fees a fan's own bank or card issuer charges, for example on international cards, are set by them.
From payment to payout
- 1
Fan pays
Razorpay confirms the payment. The item unlocks (or the booking or request is created) straight away.
- 2
Sygil splits it
10% platform fee, 90% to you. The fee is saved with that payment, so a future fee change never alters past earnings.
- 3
The payment clears
Your share clears 7 days after the payment.
- 4
It is paid out
Cleared earnings go to your UPI ID (or PayPal or Wise) in the next payout batch. See Payouts.
Where to see it
- Billing and payouts shows Pending Clearance, Lifetime Earnings, the payout schedule and your payout history.
- Analytics shows revenue over time, item performance and more.
- Fans see every payment as a receipt under Activity, Transactions.
Free items and Fan Points
- Free items skip payment entirely.
- If a fan uses Fan Points, only the amount they actually pay goes through Razorpay. If points cover the whole price, no payment is taken.
