Archive

Hides a vault item from your public page without deleting it. Buyers keep access and you can restore it.

Course

A multi-lesson video product with protected playback, previews, seat limits and scheduling.

Drop

A launch of a vault item or course, often scheduled and limited.

Free preview

A course lesson anyone can watch without enrolling.

Limited edition

A vault item with a fixed number of copies.

Pre-order

Buying a scheduled item or course before it unlocks. Access arrives automatically at launch.

Redemption

One fan's purchase or claim of a vault item.

Scheduled drop

An item with a release time. It shows a live countdown and unlocks for buyers at that moment.

Seat

One place in a course cohort or in a group session.

Slot

One bookable time for a call.

Vault

Your digital shop: files, secrets, Q&A, personal requests and calls.

Vault item

One product in your Vault.

Fans and loyalty#

Fan

Anyone with an account who follows or buys from creators.

Fan Points (FP, FamPoints)

Points a fan earns with a creator. 1 FP = ₹1 off that creator's vault items and courses. Expire 60 days after earning.

Follower

A fan who follows your Sygil page and gets alerts about your drops.

Marky

Sygil's built-in growth coach.

Support

A voluntary tip a fan sends you, with a message. Not a purchase.

Instagram Auto-DM#

Auto-DM

Instagram automation that DMs your link to people who comment a keyword, message you, or reply to your story.

Automation

One Auto-DM rule: a trigger, optional posts, keywords and the DMs to send.

Follow gate

An Auto-DM step that only sends the final link to people who follow you on Instagram.

Keyword

The word a person writes that triggers an automation, such as GUIDE.

Link button

A button inside an Auto-DM that opens a URL. Up to 3 per message, with click tracking.

Opening message

A short first Auto-DM with a button. When the fan taps it, a full conversation opens for your link.

Money and account#

Batch (payout)

Cleared earnings are paid out together on set dates: the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and the last day of each month.

Clearance

Each payment clears 7 days after it is made. Only cleared earnings are paid out.

Hidden / Public

Your page's visibility. Hidden pages show a coming-soon screen. Public pages are live.

Platform fee

Sygil's 10% share of each payment. Includes payment gateway charges and GST on the fee.
